Welcome to Battle Ready. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, programs, and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

About us

Battle Ready is a brand operated by Dr. Kalie Judge. We provide wellness education, coaching, and functional medicine programs. We are not a medical clinic, and our services do not constitute medical care, medical advice, or a substitute for working with your physician.

Our services

We offer the following:

Self-paced educational courses (Hormone Code Reset, Rewired, and others as released)

Group programs and coaching memberships (Restored)

One-on-one functional medicine programs

Specific terms, pricing, and inclusions for each program are described on the program's enrollment page at the time of purchase.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from us. Our programs are designed for adults seeking education and support around hormonal health, fasting, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Payment, refunds, and cancellation

By purchasing a program, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout. Recurring subscription programs (such as Restored Monthly) are billed automatically until the agreed number of payments has been completed.

Because our programs include personalized work, intellectual property, and one-on-one time, we generally do not offer refunds. Specific refund or cancellation terms for each program will be communicated to you at the time of enrollment. If you have questions about your specific program, please contact us before purchasing.

Medical disclaimer

Battle Ready provides wellness education and lifestyle coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The information shared in our programs, content, and communications is educational. It is not a substitute for the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider. You should consult your own healthcare team before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplement, fasting, or medication routines.

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose situation falls outside the scope of what we offer.

Intellectual property

All content within our courses, coaching materials, videos, downloads, and emails is the intellectual property of Dr. Kalie Judge and Battle Ready. You may use this content for your own personal benefit. You may not record, distribute, resell, or share course materials, call recordings, or coaching content with anyone else.

Communications

By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to receive communications from us related to your program (welcome emails, scheduling, content delivery, billing, and support). You may also receive occasional educational content and offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

If you opt in to text or SMS communications, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP to any message.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battle Ready and Dr. Kalie Judge are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or content. Your participation in any of our programs is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
